11th Annual RARI May Breakfast Pics!

Our 11th Annual Reading Across RI May Breakfast on May 4, 2013 was a huge success!!  Over 450 book lovers came to Rhodes on the  Pawtuxet to celebrate the reading, writing, and sharing of books!  Speakers included RICFB President Phoebe Bean, RARI co-chair DJ Foley, Chanravy Proeung (Executive Director of PrYSM – Providence Youth Student Movement), Robin Kall (Reading With Robin), and of course our guest of honor, Camilla Gibb, the author of The Beauty of Humanity Movement!

Dr. Gibb gave a moving talk about how she came to be a writer, the trip to Vietnam which inspired The Beauty of Humanity Movement Story, and how she creates her fascinating characters.  After the May Breakfast, Dr. Gibb graciously met with hundreds of attendees for a book signing.
